You can see this reflected in the chart, with a low-point coming in the average for November and December 2012: 31 new Arizona charities. What is driving this explosion in public charities in Arizona? Ooh, I’m on pins and needles.

Had Armstrong asked his employees and the public to “examine the rising cost of healthcare and its effect on employee benefits” people would, no doubt, have agreed to do so.
