The more data and analytics skills you have, the more valuable you are to any organization and the more successful you’ll be in advancing your career. Many people have good ideas, but using analytics to test the ideas, improve upon them and prove ROI on their efforts will set you apart!
What can we do to ensure they have the skills to understand a challenging landscape and make the wise decisions needed for success? Lately, I’ve been speaking and writing about the importance of emotional intelligence and how the softer skills add a critical dimension to digital initiatives.
