Recently, I had a conversation with Annaliese of NTEN , and a couple of Community TechKnowledge (CTK) staff members. We were talking about the “askDeborah” podcast , which is now a feature in the NTEN:Change quarterly journal. But a podcast can be a vehicle for storytelling, if you make the effort to infuse it with a narrative.

We don't do a lot of podcasting around here at NTEN. Luckily, Sarah Durham at Big Duck has an excellent podcasting series , the Nonprofit Jungle. You should really check these out for both their helpful nonprofit communications content and as example of how to put together great podcasts. wearemedia sarah durham.
This week I helped produce the second of five webinars (in conjunction with NTEN ) about Storytelling and Social Media. He helped attendees identify if podcasting is a good match for their storytelling needs and gave them a clear understanding of the technical, time, and human resources required to maintain a podcast.
