It’s time again for the Nonprofit Video Awards from DoGooderTV , sponosored by NTEN & See3 Communications. The DoGooderTV Nonprofit Video Awards highlight organizations that are using video to inspire and ignite social change. If your organization made a video—any video—in 2008, we want to see it!
The DoGooder Nonprofit Video Awards , from See3, in partnership with YouTube, are back again for the 5th year! For small nonprofits that have small funds in the video department, we have a new category for the best “thrifty” videos produced for under $500. Holly Ross welcomed everyone and thanked the event sponsors who made it possible for 50 NTC Scholarships. As it has become an annual tradition, she shared a video saga of how the NTEN team worked hard to help raise the money for the scholarships.

Every year, we do our best to offer more opportunities to learn and connect at the NTC, and this year is no different. We’ve recruited two rock star storytelling, social media experts, Michaela Hackner and Roger Burks , to head up a 2 hour workshop on Wednesday, March 16 (the night before the official kick-off of the NTC) from 6 - 8 pm.

We’ve been working hard the past few days and are happy to share that we’ve narrowed down this year’s DoGooder Video Award submissions to a few special finalists! We received a wide array of funny, moving and informative videos that embraced strong storytelling to communicate important messages. Individuals can vote once per day.
The 5th Annual DoGooder Nonprofit Video Awards are off to a record start with over 1,350 videos from over 800 organizations. That's a lot of tear-inducing, action-starting, video storytelling! This year's NTC brought 1,430 nonprofit professionals to the OMNI Hotel in Atlanta GA. As many of you know, we raised $10,020 to send 61 people to the NTC on scholarship , which has (so far) resulted in 556 views of the NTEN Community Rhapsody. A big thanks to over 40 sponsors !
