If you are in charge of communications for your nonprofit or NGO, I recommend you read The She Spot: Why Women Are the Market for Changing the World, and How to Reach Them by Lisa Witter and Lisa Chen. They're using social networking more than men and they instinctually connect more. Everyone's so excited about social networking.
