They are all part of TechSoup Asia , which serves charities in the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand — and now Vietnam and Indonesia. The program helps Vietnamese nonprofits to build staff capacity, apply for grants, and recruit skilled volunteers. There are 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam.
