It's a place for Scratch users to upload, share, and remix their Scratch projects. You can also remix other projects. For example, check out this discussion about the Monte Carlo method, Pi, and what it means to be forty. It was a serious improvement on tools like Logo Turtle and Hypercard that I grew up with.
