It's a place for Scratch users to upload, share, and remix their Scratch projects. Many adults have become engaged with Scratch both as mentors/educators and as creators in their own right. You can also remix other projects. It was a serious improvement on tools like Logo Turtle and Hypercard that I grew up with.
