One of TechSoup's less-known areas of work has been to support and promote the work of other tech-for-good organizations, like Ushahidi in Kenya. several midwives used Ushahidi to self-organize and help pregnant women cope with being unable to make it to the hospital to deliver. These folks do astonishing work.
