Another person with equal dedication was Julann Jatczak, who was chairing the program committee for a second Gathering (her first was also successful: the Milwaukee Gathering a few years back)! I think the programming worked well, meeting the needs of both experienced SEs and newbies. Wish I had pictures of all of them!

It's a low profit LLC specifically structured so that private foundations can invest in it and not have to go to the IRS for a letter ruling to approve this form of PRI (program related investment). One new initiative that I got to hear about was the L3C proposed in North Carolina. It was fun, and quite windy!
