The Forum One team is thrilled to return to the annual Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTC) in person this year at the Oregon Convention Center. We’re eagerly packing our bags, and can’t wait to see our nonprofit friends and family from around the country at this year’s Nonprofit Technology Conference in Portland, Oregon. You won’t want to miss all that Portland has to offer, so we’ve compiled a list of our favorite spots in the City of Roses to make your trip planning simpler!
NTEN staff in the Portland office headed to the Peculiarium yesterday afternoon for our holiday party. After the not-exactly-seasonal outing, we headed to a local watering hole to celebrate Lindsay. Today is her last day in the Portland office as she and her family move to Arizona. It was, just as you''d expect, peculiar.
These are informal local groups of those working in the nonprofit sector that meet on a regular basis to network and connect with colleagues, share information, and develop a local professional support network. I got involved with Oregon’s 501 Tech Club/Net2 Local Group PDXTech4Good shortly after I moved to Portland. Of course I cared about nptech, but I was new to town and wanted a way to find my place in the local community. This was a neat event where we attempted to raise money for local organizers which use tech in neat ways.
