I’m here at the Dead Sea in Jordan where I delivered the key note for the E-mediat Networking Conference, “New Media for the Networked NGO.” 12 training centers have been established. Beth presents HRH Princess Rym Ali from Jordan the Networked Nonprofit. I told the NGOs were “fabulous.”

Beirut Diary: I’m in Beirut for the week as part of The E-Mediat project , a capacity building project that leverages a networked approach. I’m the lead for Zoetica where my role is to deliver training, advise on the curriculum and coaching methods, model transparency, and serve as meta network weaver.

Earlier this month, I had an opportunity to facilitate a full-day innovation lab for an amazing group of network thinkers using human design methods to inform the design of a leadership network. It has been exactly a year since I have committed to practicing the methods from Luma Institute as part of improving my facilitation practice.

Deliver targeted, cutting-edge social media training and coaching to 150 – 250 NGOs and CSOs in 15+ communities.

The project is training 300 NGOs in Jordan , Lebanon , Tunisia , Morocco , and other Arab countries to become networked ngos and use social media for civil society goals.
