Since not a whole lot is out there yet on the role of mobile devices in telework, I thought it’d be interesting to have a look a look at that. Call us what you will, the International Data Corporation (IDC) predicts that by 2015, a bit over 37 percent of the total global workforce will be made up of mobile workers.

Maybe some of those constituents are on the laptop of an employee who works remotely and can't connect to the CRM. Document all of the servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices that staff and volunteers use for the organization's work. For example, is there a volunteer doing design work on her personal laptop?
