As announced in Brazilian press in October of 2013, a new version of a law in Brazil just took effect, mandating that smartphones give visibility to Brazilian-made apps , by either pre-loading phones with these homegrown apps or providing a dedicated marketplace on smartphones to display them. What’s good about the “Good Law”.
