We used this technique for DIGG, forums, Twitter, Bing, and Google and then set up various searches along with monitoring of certain Twitter feeds. Planned attacks usually occur after business hours, so monitoring is not a 9-5 job. Now, anyone can log in to monitor this.

LogMeIn allows me to log into my computer back at the office and control it, opening apps, printing docs, running searches in our database. They are nowhere near as fully fucntioning as the counterparts, but these apps get the job done, and allow you to send.doc,ppt, and.xls versions to your colleagues. Keynote/Pages/Numbers.
