Here are some reflections on the instructionaldesign: 1. 1) Social Media Game : I have used the the social media game at over 50 trainings during the past four years and many others have re-purposed and remixed it too. Both organizations have demonstrated leadership in embracing social media.
The content on the wiki has now organized into an instructional format as a two-day face-to-face workshop. The next step is to see how people remix, improve, and share back the material (with attribution of course) - that is the true power of working wikily. My debrief of the two-day workshop.
The next day, I facilitated a workshop on Best Practices for Crowd Funding that blended traditional instruction with innovation lab facilitation techniques.
