I also love sharing techniques and tips with other trainers and often do “train the trainers” sessions as part of my practice. I told them to come back at a precise time. There is that moment of fear, as the facilitator, when you let go of control and trust your participants.
One thing I haven't been doing over the years is documenting the instructionaldesign or lesson plan. By the end, they are asking questions that really have nothing to do with the tools, but rather surface some of the other key barriers to greater social media implementation.
