Storytelling has become a hot topic in non-profit fundraising. Two Types of Non-Profit Storytelling. In my experience, when we talk about “storytelling” in non-profit fundraising, we’re talking about one of two separate things. If you are a homeless shelter, you collect stories from those you have helped in from the cold.

In fact, some participants in the group mentioned using MBA students from local universities to assist with data collection.
