It is, in short, the best multimedia history project I've ever seen, and I wish more museums were pursuing projects like it. It makes you contemplate your own connection to history.

Beck''s project is unusual because he deliberately resurrected a mostly-defunct participatory platform: sheet music for popular songs. Sheet music is a beautiful analogy for this.
