The social media lab for arts organizations is a combination of face-to-face workshops, phone calls, and online support via a wiki and Twitter over several months. Most importantly, I need a good facilitator for each table. For this workshop, we had a hashtag - #Artslabsf and the wiki. Here's a few thoughts. (1)

But not many people to share with or remix. It was before the commercial web. It was all about community. A totally manual blog! I signed up.
