I also learned about this NGO from Pakistan that is using social media efficiently to communicate with its stakeholders. Someone asked what the definition of a KPI was, and since I noticed that Tom Kelly who is an expert in evaluation was following the chat, I asked him for a definition. Best definition I’ve seen.

Over the past month, I have been thinking about a couple of different ideas and how to incorporate them into training design to facilitate learning. My questions are: 1. How can we use graphic facilitation or graphic note taking in real time to deepen understanding of the topic being discussed? I feel it stifles learning.

We spent Day 2 of the E-Mediat Train the Trainer sessions on “ Translating The Networked NGO in the Arab World.&# To localize Networked Nonprofit concepts to an Arab NGO context, as appropriate, for improved project outcomes. There were many ideas, but all agreed sharing success stories from NGOs in their country was important.
