The other thing is that a lot of inner cities are part of empowerment zones or enterprise zones where companies that are at a certain scale and profitable can benefit from tax credits, both from the payroll side, if you hire from the inner city, but also if you locate in the enterprise zones. The public safety issue is huge.

Because of my association with YouthAIDS, I have to access to NGOs, (non-governmental organizations), and got them to permit us to do volunteer work. It really didn't matter to us.
