To build meaningful relationships with your donors, you first need to understand how their needs are met and that starts with recognizing the different ways organizations engage and benefit their supporters.
Other studies show that use of positive empathy—like a happy face—encourages donors because they either see the result of their generosity, or they want to experience the joyful mood portrayed in such an image. These images show donors that an urgent donation is needed right now. Customized appeals always raise more revenue.
