Any resources to move from national to local? ARC - we are set up similarly, Robin Parker does Oregon Trail chapter for example. over time have gotten other metrics and impact from working on this goal. HSUS - integrated it with everything else, email campaigns/newsletters, offline, etc. How do you change around from failure?
