They are all part of TechSoup Asia , which serves charities in the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand — and now Vietnam and Indonesia. VietNet-ICT’s vision is to narrow the digital divide by providing ICT access to poor people in Vietnam. Vietnam is an S-shaped country that is slightly larger than New Mexico.
