OpenAI plans to open up access to new developers by the end of July. The ChatGPT app for iOS is now available to users in 11 more countries — Albania, Croatia, France, Germany, Ireland, Jamaica, Korea, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Nigeria, and the UK. In the future, OpenAI says that it’ll allow developers to fine-tune GPT-4 and GPT-3.5
