We had debated the prompt structure a bit before the event (I thought "learned" was too leading), but giving visitors the choice of prompts let them share what they wanted without too much guidance.

You create a hashtag simply by prefixing a word with a hash symbol: #hashtag. The hashtag creates a backchannel for participants. The Nonprofit Technology community has used a special tag, nptech, created by Marnie Webb in 2004. They're like tags on Flickr, only added inline to your post. This takes some facilitation.
