Allow them to decide, using their knowledge of their work, where space could open to open up to do that presentation or paper.

To my knowledge, there aren't any vegan soul food cookbooks published by a major publisher. My parents were working, and they had a lot of agrarian knowledge. I always encourage people that if you have available green space, grow your own food. It wasn't being included in a lot of the conversations.
