At the core of the project is the 2021 Global NGO Technology Survey and the data below is based on the survey responses of 1,148 digital marketers and fundraisers that work in the nonprofit sector. From a list of 32 digital marketing and fundraising tools, survey respondents were asked to select the 10 they found most effective.
To better understand what caused this, we included DEI-related questions in exit interviews and staff surveys, analyzing the data by identity group to spot trends. In 2022, we collaborated with consultants to assess our culture and develop a robust DEI strategy.
