We really try and get women from all walks of life to be able to participate in our program, the goal being to provide as many unique voices and opportunities as possible. It was written in very scribbled Nepali, her literacy skills were incredibly rudimentary, but what she ended up writing was a piece of journalism.

They wanted to create a literacy program for themselves because now there was a school where their children could go to school, but they felt embarrassed that they couldn't support their children because they themselves were illiterate. So that is something I'd love to be able to share. No more "women's issues."
