It worked fine in my tests; callers said I sounded clear to them, but the speaker on the watch is a bit crackly at full volume. The best comparison I can make is that the OnePlus Watch is a fitness tracker in a smartwatch body, which would be an acceptable premise if it were a better fitness tracker. It works in a pinch.
