The game allowed for casual drop-in players of all types: on the internet, phone, local media, and on the streets. Big Games are technology-rich (using mobile devices, cameras, GPS, etc.)

In one case, the institution jumped into the conversation and converted an ugly situation into a positive community outcome. They may be in Rome, but they’re not ready to do like the locals. Dave runs a yearly software conference called Flashbelt in Minneapolis. Sadly, it was the second story that was about a museum.
