The workers on the front lines of the change are often the first to see signs of trouble yet, in most org structures, they have the least interaction with upper management.

I've never seen another org consistently recognize supporters in a blog like we do. This balance between 1 and 3 -- deflecting praise but also driving your org's strategy -- simply works. Leverage Facebook plug-ins so you don't have to maintain a separate login system for people to "Like" or comment on your posts."

I knew it was hitting many more people than the average news story when I saw tweets, facebook posts, and other online comments coming from people in my community and network that I rarely see participating online. As Lucy would tweet later, “Pink is a color not an org.” This is incredibly important.
