Yesterday, I had the huge honor and pleasure to present the keynote at the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits ‘ NPTech Conference, eStrategy in an iWorld. Here’s what some social media pros -- and our own Facebook fans -- have to say about responding to negative comments on blogs, forums and Facebook.
