Ever since we started Buffer a little over two years ago, people have been asking us about one question very specifically: How can I write great headlines for social networks and my blog? Finding the right headline for your Tweet is one of the most important things to do, especially as Twitter only allows for text display.
The so-called " paper of record " is now encouraging staff to use generative AI tools to write headlines and summarize articles. It's unclear whether these tools are the same ones that the paper was experimenting with last year, when leaked data revealed that the NYT was already using AI to write headlines.
