We use Salesforce tools to create a digital environment which engages at-risk youth, and has proven to be highly impactful in changing negative trajectories and positively impacting wellbeing. We use automation to nudge this ‘community group’ into commenting on what they have seen in a familiar social media experience.

This is a facebook page where many organizations across the environment, climate and animal welfare sectors came together to share news, updates, action alerts, and much more after the BP Oil Spill. Not just monitoring twitter or tracking who the influential reporters and bloggers are that discuss our programs or issues.

Is the environment any cleaner? 2 comments… read them below or add one } 1 Darren 09.08.06 But I think the jury is still out, at least from my perspective, on whether or not this sea change in communication has actually resulted in very much on-the-ground social change.

We were also honest about how we used tools and organizations began making it public who was behind that wall – For example, a bio on Twitter might say “responding to your questions here are Amy and Claire” or a blog may include short bios or links to the staffers contributing. But just saying, “We helped 20 people who are homeless,” does not provide context. There’s a chat box and a questions box.

We’re sort of in this kind of hybrid environment related to COVID. Is it a two-phased approach where perhaps you submit a letter of inquiry or you submit a full application and then thinking about the drafting and other deadlines, and if there’s any other comments or relevant information and who’s responsible for this?
