What's Your Vision?

Something tells me this is not the business visioning workshop I anticipated. Last week, I attended a workshop on Creating a Vision of Greatness at ZingTrain , the training arm of Zingerman's Deli, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It was even more useful to learn how participatory writing visions can be. But I'm going to keep trying it.
