I’m honored to be involved with the instructionaldesign and delivery of two workshops specifically for nonprofits. These workshops will be held at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center in state-of-the-art classrooms. The workshop will share tips and techniques for culture change, training, and adoption.
Going beyond content delivery, I also use a lot of participatory and hands-on learning techniques to help students gain a deeper understanding. That’s why I always enjoy teaching in flexible classroom spaces. This combination of advanced planning and evaluation helps one continuously improve their instructionaldesign.
The content is important, but it is only half of the instructionaldesign task. I also used composite scenarios based on real-life nonprofits needing to apply ROI techniques to technology purchase decisions. If you deliver training on webinar platforms, you need to understand how people learn. It was delivered in two sessions.
