NetHope and Okta announced a $2.5 million commitment over five years to support the Global Humanitarian ISAC.

My role over the past year been in the areas of: program design, design and delivery of a train the trainers intensive workshop in-country last March (see posts #1 , #2 , #3 ; #4 ); and develop and support the target NGO curriculum (intensive strategic and skills based curriculum). I’m here at the Dead Sea in Jordan where I delivered the key note for the E-mediat Networking Conference, “New Media for the Networked NGO.” Organizations raised almost $125,000 through integrated social media campaigns from donors. 12 training centers have been established.

Why is Cisco able to cut travel 50% and increase customer contacts 20-30% and we can't approach that with our Field?
