I recommend using a tool like Netvibes because it allows you to have a public and/or private dashboard, and is easy to use and customize. You can see an example of a dashboard by visiting my public Nonprofit Tech Dashboard. Then, for each group, create a chart with 4 columns and identify: Their goal: why do they engage with you.

Over recent decades, the public conversation at our conference has evolved to address new developments in our field(s), including social entrepreneurship, social economy and all aspects of civil society, as well as to meet the needs of those who study and lead “the social sector.” It is run as an unconference, meaning YOU set the agenda.
