It’s as if you’re a magnet for selfless, hard-working, passionate, I-don’t-care-how-many-hats-I-have-to-wear kind of people. You have fewer silos (naturally), allowing for easier organization-wide sharing and access to senior leadership. The short answer: changemanagement. What Is ChangeManagement?
Driving Change. These arent just leadership buzzwords. Aligning People: Moving in the Same Direction with Purpose When an organizations people are aligned, theres a clear throughline between the mission, the strategic plan, and the daily work being done at every level. Thats where intentional changeleadership becomes critical.
This is especially true when discussing with donors a change in leadership at your school, foundation, or nonprofit. If a changing of the guard hasnt happened to your organization yet, it will. Apply the same skills when youre discussing a change in leadership and your donors will feel seen and heard.
