One of our first programs is our culinary school in Port-Au-Prince, which helps train aspiring chefs from Haiti and give them the skills they need to obtain jobs in Haiti’s growing tourism industry. So it just shows that you don't have to be a celebrity chef or a celebrity anyone to enact change.
