Since there are no 211-type phone/internet services in Australia (that I know of), I was lucky enough to speak about our unique service (provided in the US and Canada) with many nonprofits and charities in Australia. She manages the Ontario 211 blog, website and the various social networks that continue to build awareness of 211 in Ontario.
