My calendar and ‘To Do’ list were written in a notebook. They allow you to collaborate with others so you won’t waste time sending Word docs and Excel spreadsheets back and forth while tracking versions. Forms are a great way for volunteers to express interest in being part of your organization and to RSVP to an event.

Your fundraising plan should include a detailed activities calendar showing all the various ways you plan to generate funds during the year. And yes, sometimes there is a place for these types of fundraisers , especially when they’re planned and executed well. Just remember that they’re quick cash with no future rewards.
