I look forward to the NTEN NTC (Nonprofit Technology Network's conference) every year. This is actually my first time officially speaking at NTC. Numbers-wise, the NTC is no Dreamforce. Bringing multiple communication channels in to a contact-centered model. This year, my 4th, promises to be the best yet. I love it.

This conference will be my 13th one – and every year it is a like a family reunion. Registration is still available, but you can’t make it register for the online NTC and catch a few sessions. I have the honor of designing and facilitating three sessions, including a plenary on my favorite topic – learning from failure.

This framework works like a charm, whether it is a one-hour webinar or 7 day intensive International training or college graduate course or year long peer learning program. Recently, I was on a call with colleagues to plan our NTC session on training , and co-presenter Cindy Leonard said to me, “You are using ADDIE !”
