Today was the first webinar in the Storytelling & Social Media series from NTEN and TechSoup Global. If you are using Delicious, for example, you don’t need to create a list of tags or a taxonomy you have to stick to before you actually start saving bookmarks. That’s it; once you hit save that tag is created.

The return on investment was practically nil and it was a great feeling to remove it from my bookmarks, take it off my list, and just let it go. Real-time storytelling and reporting using mobile apps such as Instagram, Periscope, and Snapchat is increasing rapidly in popularity. Tumblr also did not make the cut.
