Creating bookmarks and hyperlinks in Acrobat Pro 5

To insert bookmarks (internal links) in an Acrobat Table of Contents. With the Link Properties dialog open, scroll to the page where the bookmark should be placed. It’s not worth it to me buy an upgrade to Acrobat just to resolve this issue. Instead I’ve found some workarounds. Open the document in Acrobat Pro.
