Find ways they can get their own voices out there, either by encouraging them to go to conferences (and financially supporting that) or helping them find publishing opportunities.

My favorite, perhaps, was the prototype space at the Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture in Seattle. I was so glad other people liked the book.
