That means GPT-3’s training data includes not only things like news articles, recipes, and poetry, but also coding manuals, fanfiction, religious prophecy, guides to the songbirds of Bolivia, and whatever else you can imagine. And, yes, that includes the bad stuff as well. It’s all there, feeding the machine.
I think my favorite example of that is a women's group from the highlands of Bolivia who wrote to us maybe seven or eight years ago. It is a good thing we are doing this in Women's History Month. It hasn't happened in Latin America's history. I think the biggest challenge for us is trying to make hard decisions.
