As I mentioned in my post, 5 Meatless Monday Dinner Ideas , Kalyn Denny's Meatless Monday column on BlogHer has inspired me to share with you some of the vegetarian and vegan dishes I cook during the week. Last week, after the election, BlogHer co-founder Lisa Stone, asked What Will You Do To Change America? inspired by Julia Butterfly Hill's tree-sit, Off the Mat Into the World , founded by yoga teacher Seane Corn, and Green for All , founded by Van Jones. Frankly, I think if you look at the companies that we work with--companies like Costco, Dunkin' Donuts, Starbucks, Procter and Gamble, Green Mountain, another great company we work with, those companies tend to be very careful about the PR that they put out around Fair Trade and tend to have their own interest in there being a link there.
